Why is fixed pricing important?
Fixed, per claim pricing is easier to administer and to forecast for any practice. The industry standard of taking a percentage of billed claims is decoupled from the work truly involved by the billing provider.

Do Therapy Notes users get a discount?
Yes, with our extensive experience using Therapy Notes, the time it takes to do all tasks is extremely reduced. We can therefore pass that savings on to you. We highly recommend this EHR to all mental health practices and would be happy to work with you on migrating to Therapy Notes. Visit our Consulting Page for more details

Why is there an additional fee for patient collections?
The time it takes to collect as a third party from patients is often extensive. We recommend the practice retain this responsibility with our reporting assistance. We also find that the relationship the practice has with the patient will make the practice more successful with patient collection efforts.

How do I know if your quote is a good deal?
Consider your average reimbursement rate and multiply that by how many visits your practice completes in a month. Multiply that by the industry standard 5% of claim value and you will see our pricing leads the industry.

Can Breakthrough Billing provide the same level of service as an office manager?

Does my subscription include resolution of older claims?
Claim responsibility starts the same day our service agreement becomes effective. If you have claims prior to that date which need reviewed, we offer a Claim Backlog Clean Up service which can help.
